the ladies that answer the phone are very sweet but when it comes to needing to get a call back from Rosalinda, it’ll take 1-3 days which as a customer is not acceptable. and when she does call you back she has a condescending attitude. If you are thinking of getting insured by them know that your cancellation process will take up to 3 weeks. and it is not a smooth process.

I have my auto Insurance and will be bringing my home insurance! They just paíd out on my auto claim and had great and smooth process. They do deliver the promise.
