update: so as of 7/1 Rosalinda has still failed to cancel my policy when I requested a cancellation since 6/4. I have been βvery patientβ but since a month has passed and heard nothing I actually had to call customer service to confirm if a cancellation had even been submitted and they stated it had not as of 7/1. INFURIATING. again DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH. Rosalinda is a failure at her job. I give her 0 stars if I could. and if you are looking to cancel your policy definitely call customer service state farm since they will for sure get it done and not give you the run arounds.
the ladies that answer the phone are very sweet but when it comes to needing to get a call back from Rosalinda, itβll take 1-3 days which as a customer is not acceptable. and when she does call you back she has a condescending attitude. If you are thinking of getting insured by them know that your cancellation process will take up to 3 weeks. and it is not a smooth process.
