"Honestly would do 0 stars if I could. Called 06/09 to cancel my policy; no call back. Called 06/19 to cancel my policy and spoke with Dulcie and I thought that would be cancelled after that but oddly enough I kept seeing it active in the app so I called back again 06/24 and it still wasn’t cancelled after that. Called the actual carrier State Farm on 06/27 and they put in a request for them to call me back; no calls back. Called 07/01; left a voicemail. Called the actual carrier again on 07/01; couldn’t do anything for me. Called today 07/09; spoke with Monica and nothing got resolved as well. I’m super disappointed with how this location conducts their business, it’s honestly giving sketchy and unethical. Definitely don’t recommend, if you’re looking to get State Farm just call the carrier itself and go through them."
