"I have had this insurance for only two months, and unfortunately, it has been one frustrating experience after another.
I received my insurance on Friday, August 14, and by Monday, August 17, I was already ready to cancel. I was quoted a bundled price of $262 for all four of my insurance policies, but instead, $293 was taken out of my account.
To make matters worse, one of the agents took it upon himself to set up a split payment between two accounts without my authorization. Then, in September, my car insurance increased from $185 to $233, bringing my total payment to $341.72.
I have been trying to cancel these policies for the past month. I have called approximately **10 times**, and each time I have been told that someone would call me back. No one ever did.
I eventually spoke with Rosalinda, who told me that she would cancel my policies. Instead, she only removed me from automatic payments. That is not the same thing as canceling my insurance.
My insurance payment is due again on October 28, and I have continued calling and trying to get these policies canceled. I was even told that I had to come into the office to cancel. That is simply not true, and after everything I have experienced, I should not have to keep calling repeatedly just to get a cancellation processed.
This has been extremely frustrating and has completely changed my opinion of this agency and **State Farm**. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency or State Farm to anyone."

"Honestly would do 0 stars if I could. Called 06/09 to cancel my policy; no call back. Called 06/19 to cancel my policy and spoke with Dulcie and I thought that would be cancelled after that but oddly enough I kept seeing it active in the app so I called back again 06/24 and it still wasn’t cancelled after that. Called the actual carrier State Farm on 06/27 and they put in a request for them to call me back; no calls back. Called 07/01; left a voicemail. Called the actual carrier again on 07/01; couldn’t do anything for me. Called today 07/09; spoke with Monica and nothing got resolved as well. I’m super disappointed with how this location conducts their business, it’s honestly giving sketchy and unethical. Definitely don’t recommend, if you’re looking to get State Farm just call the carrier itself and go through them."
